The
Program
The
Master Practitioner program is designed for working
adults who can attend classes on-line and meet residency requirements during a 12 month period.
The residency requirement is met in one five-day and three four-day seminars in Tucson, Arizona. To meet classroom requirements, you will submit one paper per month and participate in monthly conference calls. This
scheduling provides adequate time for students to accumulate the
required 200 practicum hours and receive appropiate supervision. Each class requires
a paper or other demonstration of learning specifying what the student
learned, how s/he is applying this learning, and how this knowledge
has changed her or him.
As
a final project, Master Practitioner students present a demonstration
of excellence of their design that weaves all their classroom and
experiential learning into a visible whole. The Certified Master
Practitioner is qualified to offer Physiohelanics treatments to
the general public and to charge for sessions.
