Process – | Costs
To
complete the admissions file and be considered for a place in the
next class, please
1.
Call the school at 520.270.3868 to make an appointment to meet with
the Director.
Please call Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arizona
time.
2.
Complete all forms and information requests in the admissions packet
and return it in person or by mail to:

3.
Have the following documents sent directly to the Director:
a.
Three letters of reference specifically attesting to the suitability,
in all areas of the psyche, of the candidate for the training. These
references must come from appropriate professionals who are not
related to you and must be sent directly from that individual to
Dr. Ealy.
b. A written personal statement of your reasons for wishing to pursue
the certification, a summary of major life issues resolved up to
this point, an overview of the personal issues you anticipate resolving
during the training, expectations for the training and its effect
on your life. It must be printed, double-spaced, size 12 font (Times
Roman or Courier),three to five pages (750 – 1200 words) in
length.
c. Letters from energy healers (such as Physiohelanics, yoga, tai
chi, touch-for-health, Qi Gong, Aikido) who have treated you, attesting
to your having received the treatments totaling ten hours.
d. Letter from a Soul Memory Discovery practitioner attesting to your having completed the Field Assessment.
4.
Submit the completed application form and a $50.00
registration fee.

of their complete application materials being received at the Center.
